Quickparts seeks a skilled Process Technician to set up and operate machines that shape plastic and other materials through injection molding. In this role, you'll prepare machines for production runs, ensure quality output, and maintain efficient operations in our manufacturing facility.

You will handle setup sheets, monitor cycle times, and document production and scrap data while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of injection molding set-up and processing experience.
• Experience with plastic processing, system operation, and different plastic materials.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and hi-lo equipment.
• Skill in reading prints and technical specifications.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of injection molding process validations and quality control.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical knowledge with hands-on technical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Machine Operation: operate NC injection molding equipment and related machinery.
• Set up and operate molding machines, lift trucks, and cranes.
• Monitor process parameters and cycle times for quality and productivity.
• Maintain accurate production and scrap records and document results.
• Quality Control & Troubleshooting: diagnose and fix mold, press, and equipment issues.
