Job summary

Sanko Gosei Technologies USA is seeking a Press Operator to monitor injection molding machinery and prepare parts for subsequent operations. You will handle packaging, trimming, labeling, and data entry into Plex, while maintaining quality and a safe work environment.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, can stand for 12 hours, and will receive on-the-job training. Strong attention to detail and effective communication with the Shift Supervisor are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours.
• No prior experience required; training provided by the company.
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Operators and Shift Supervisor.
• Ability to fill out forms and labels accurately and neatly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor injection molding machinery operation.
• Prepare part for next step as per SWI.
• Ensure part meets specified quality requirements.
• Package part and maintain proper identification and acceptance criteria.
• Complete production forms and labels for the job.
• Enter production/scrap into Plex.
• Fill out daily forms and report to Shift Supervisor.
• Perform other assignments as designated by the Shift Supervisor.
