Job summary

SaniSure is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to operate and monitor injection molding machines, set up equipment, inspect products, and ensure compliance with customer requirements. The role involves mold changes, data recording, and safe operation of molding processes.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of hands-on experience with injection molding, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating injection molding machines.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing safety and quality control principles.
• Ability to operate and adjust basic machine controls.
• Good understanding of basic control functions and mechanical ability.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
• Perform mold changes and basic machine setups under guidance of technical staff.
• Record production data such as quantities, downtime, and scrap.
• Identify and communicate equipment malfunctions or process deviations to supervisors or maintenance teams.
• Responsible for packaging finished goods.
• Accurately read blueprints and diagrams and select, position, and secure equipment.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Set machine controls regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding pressure and time.
• Conduct first article inspections against the work order for accuracy and adjust as necessary.
• Maintain the flow and quality of parts produced.
• Clean and maintain molding machines and equipment following safety protocols.
• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
