Qualifications

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with painting and finishing processes preferred.
• Ability to read and follow paint instructions and specifications.
• Commitment to safety policies and zero-harm culture.

Responsabilités

• Receives assignments and instructions from supervisor.
• Prepares units for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Mixes and thins paints to required consistency for spraying and hand painting.
• Adjusts and maintains equipment to meet finish requirements.
• Positions units for painting using conveyors, forklifts, or hoists.
• Removes panels to facilitate painting when needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean work area and proper disposal of waste.
• Reads and follows SDS, blueprints, and paint specifications.
• Supports training of other employees as required.
