Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a skilled Industrial Machine Operator for our SW Omaha, NE facility. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining a range of industrial machinery to meet production targets, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Candidates should be comfortable interpreting manuals and blueprints and have strong troubleshooting abilities. The position offers Mon-Fri work with possible Friday OT and a pay rate of $20-$22 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of machinery, mechanical systems, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, blueprints, and manuals.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity to operate machinery safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate industrial machines according to production specifications and schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal operation.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance activities.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve operational processes.
