Qualifications

• 1+ years of liquid spray painting experience in industrial settings.
• Strong eye for finishing aesthetics and surface prep techniques.
• Ability to pass medical clearance and wear a respirator as needed.
• Experience operating overhead cranes or forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, sanding, masking, and cleaning large steel weldments.
• Mix and apply liquid coatings, primers, and catalysts with proper care.
• Operate spray equipment to deliver smooth protective finishes without defects.
• Detail products with vinyl decals and graphics as required.
• Rig, transport, and position large structures; maintain booth equipment.
