Job summary

Depatie Fluid Power Co. is seeking motivated Assemblers to join our hands-on manufacturing team in Indiana. You will assemble and prepare hydraulic and fluid power products, contributing to product quality and customer satisfaction across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Basic problem solving abilities are required.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and completes basic work orders by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring/testing completed component.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Performs Quality checks to verify product integrity.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Ensure warehouse areas are clean, accessible, and safe for traffic.
• Other duties as required.
