Job summary

The role involves reading work orders, following detailed instructions, maintaining quality, and keeping a clean, safe workstation on a fast-moving line. Overtime is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Comfortable using small hand tools.
• Able to read and follow written instructions and work orders.
• Able to perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks accurately.
• Dependable and able to stay focused through shift.
• Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare industrial hoses according to detailed work instructions.
• Use small hand tools such as screwdrivers, scissors, thin blades, and similar items.
• Attach cuffs to the ends of hoses using a heat-melting process when required.
• Inspect hoses and cuffs for defects and ensure all finished products meet quality standards.
• Coil completed hoses and package them into bags or boxes.
• Read and accurately follow printed work orders and detailed assembly instructions.
• Keep pace with a fast-moving production line while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Report damaged materials, product defects, or assembly concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
