• Read and interpret router, blueprints, planning sheets and related data to determine requirements.
• Ability to set up honing equipment and adjust machine controls to achieve precise tolerances.
• Follow safety, quality, and company rules at all times.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret router, blueprints, planning sheets and data to determine setup and machining sequences.
• Set machine controls to position the brush head relative to the workpiece.
• Mount, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and workpiece.
• Install abrasive brush wheel on the spindle.
• Dress wheel as required and start the machine.
• Monitor operation to detect malfunctions and adjust controls.
• Verify finished part dimensions with appropriate gauges.
• Perform other duties as assigned and follow safety/quality rules.
