Qualifications

Familiarity with measurement tools and understanding of floor plans.
Basic knowledge of residential construction terminology and methods.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfort using digital tools, cameras, and documentation software.
Proven knowledge of and hands-on experience using Chief Architect for creating as-built and existing-condition drawings.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
Travel to customers’ homes to perform detailed measurements of rooms and fixtures.
Document existing conditions using measurement tools and photos.
Complete Home Surveys and accurately identify key home systems.
Create accurate as-built drawings using field measurements.
Ensure all measurements meet COCOON’s standards.
Communicate findings with Designers and Project Managers.
