Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and understanding of floor plans.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction terminology and methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfort using digital tools, cameras, and documentation software.
• Proven knowledge of and hands-on experience using Chief Architect for creating as-built and existing-condition drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to perform detailed measurements of rooms and fixtures.
• Document existing conditions using measurement tools and photos.
• Complete Home Surveys and accurately identify key home systems.
• Create accurate as-built drawings using field measurements.
• Ensure all measurements meet COCOON’s standards.
• Communicate findings with Designers and Project Managers.
