Job summary

Seco Tools, a subsidiary of Sandvik, is seeking a Post Grinding Operator for our Reynoldsville, PA facility. The role involves operating, setting up, and maintaining grinding and cleaning equipment to meet production and quality standards on the second shift.

Ideal candidates will have experience operating industrial grinding equipment, reading drawings and routings, and a solid understanding of inspection methods. Team-oriented environment with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and setting up industrial manufacturing or grinding equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, routings, and drawings.
• Working knowledge of inspection methods and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare machinery to meet job requirements and specs.
• Load/unload fixturing and adjust for optimal operation.
• Read production schedules and follow work orders.
• Monitor machine operations and identify issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment and adjust as needed.
• Inspect products per requirements and maintain specs.
