Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate gear shaping and hobbing machines.
• Maintain clean and organized departments.
• Analyze and interpret travelers and blueprints.

Skills

Knowledge of DIATEST for internal and helix gears

Ability to read and analyze blueprints

Basic computer skills

Ability to set-up/operate all department machines

Moderate skills in mathematics

Basic UTS software knowledge

Ability to train on as needed basis

Self-motivation

Basic gear cutting/machine knowledge

Ability to make machine corrections to enhance quality

Education

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
