Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Gear Repair Specialist to support precision repair, machining, assembly, and maintenance in a fast-paced production environment. You will operate equipment, interpret drawings, perform measurements, and uphold safety and quality standards to ensure top-quality delivery.

The role requires lifting 40+ pounds, reading engineering drawings, and willingness to work all shifts, including weekends, in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years in a production/industrial environment.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds.
• Willing to work any shift, including weekends.
• Able to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Operate lathes, grinders, boring mills, gear-cutters.
• Tear down, diagnose, assemble, test, and repair products.
• Assemble crates for shipment and load freight.
• Follow safety and quality procedures during operations.
