Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, gasket production, or related hands-on environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, dimensions, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manually cut, trim, and fabricate gaskets and sealing products using hand tools and templates.
• Assemble gaskets, seals, and related components according to drawings and work orders.
• Measure, mark, and prepare gasket materials for cutting, fabrication, and assembly.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and work instructions.
• Select materials (rubber, sheet gasket materials) based on job requirements.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely to complete tasks.
• Deburr, trim, clean, and finish fabricated parts to meet quality standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and defects.
• Verify completed products meet customer specs and production standards.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or further processing.
