Job summary

Air Liquide Electronics ESG in Morrisville, PA, is seeking a Cylinder Fill Technician II to support the expansion of its ESG product line. The role involves packaging, filling, and maintaining inert gas systems, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will work in a team to manage fill data, sizing, and inventory for both raw materials and finished products, while following SOPs and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or industrial environment or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs safely.
• Commitment to safety and a safe work environment.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem solving ability.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Choose and prepare proper packaging for products or orders.
• Review containers for DOT compliance and Air Liquide SOPs.
• Set up, operate, and support product trans-fill systems for inert gases.
• Perform fill calculations for weight and pressure changes.
• Document and share required fill data.
• Scan containers and communicate observations.
• Recover products from cylinders and detox as applicable.
• Maintain raw material inventory levels and report month-end quantities.
• Maintain finished product inventory levels.
• Coordinate finished product from stock to satisfy orders.
• Follow established protocols and determine best prep procedures.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and seek guidance when needed.
• Work in accordance with safety procedures.
• Maintain general area housekeeping and support SOPs.
