Job summary

Air Liquide Electronics is hiring a Cylinder Fill Technician I in Morrisville, PA to support gas filling operations and material handling in a safe, compliant environment. You will follow SOPs, perform fill and weight calculations, and maintain inventory for both raw materials and finished products.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic arithmetic, with emphasis on teamwork and safety. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow SOPs.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and perform basic arithmetic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Select the proper packaging for a given product or order.
• Inspect containers per DOT regulations and Air Liquide SOPs.
• Set up, operate, and monitor product trans-fill systems for inert gases.
• Perform fill calculations for weight and pressure additions.
• Record all required product fill data.
• Scan containers and report any issues.
• Recover products from cylinders and detox as applicable.
• Maintain raw material and finished product inventory levels.
• Retrieve finished product from stock to fulfill orders.
• Follow written protocols for product preparation.
• Perform minor inspections and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Work safely and escalate equipment issues as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow SOPs, offering improvement ideas.
