Job summary

HL Mando Corporation in Hogansville, GA is seeking a Gage Calibration Technician to maintain, test and repair gages, instrumentation and equipment used in Brake Machining. You will ensure calibration accuracy and generate certificates and reports for calibration activities.

The role requires an associate degree or higher and experience in machining and precision measurement; ideal candidates understand GAUGE R&R, ASTM standards, and data analysis, with strong attention to detail and teamwork in

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or higher.
• Experience in machining plants and precision measurement preferred.
• Familiarity with GAUGE R&R and calibration standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, evaluation and repair of gages and equipment.
• Document and store gage inspection and calibration results.
• Data entry, storage and maintenance of the calibration program.
• Develop reports and certificates pertaining to calibration.
• Plan calibration procedures and sequence according to specs.
• Coordinate with production and engineering for calibrations.
• Maintain gage specifications, logs and manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping requirements.
