Job summary

HL Mando America Corp in Hogansville, GA is hiring a Gage Calibration technician responsible for maintaining, testing and repairing gages and equipment. You will calibrate instruments, document results, and develop certificates while coordinating with production and engineering for internal and external calibrations.

The role requires an associate degree or higher and familiarity with GAUGE R&R, ASTM standards, and data analysis. On-site work with standard safety practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or higher.
• Experience in Machining plants and precision measurement preferred.
• Blueprint reading ability.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to complete calibration procedures.
• GAUGE R&R knowledge.
• Familiarity with ASTM standards.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, evaluation and repair of gages and equipment.
• Document and store gage inspection and calibration results.
• Data entry, storage, archiving and maintenance of gage calibration program (GMES).
• Develop reports and certificates pertaining to calibration.
• Coordinate with production and engineering for internal and external calibrations.
• Assist departments to resolve and repair equipment affecting precision.
• Conduct GAUGE R&R studies and other calibration tasks.
