Qualifications

• Physical ability to frequently transport loads and lift up to 100 pounds and occasionally up to 250 pounds.
• Operate machinery and hand tools safely and accurately.
• Record production information accurately using standard procedures.
• Identify defects and take initiative to repair them.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create quality furniture through expert assembly techniques and precision craftsmanship.
• Maintain quality standards by performing inspections, repairs, and refinements.
• Drive efficiency using tracking systems and digital tools to document production.
• Master specialized equipment and tools while complying with safety and operational best practices.
