Quality Talent Group in Wisconsin is seeking dedicated associates to create quality furniture through expert assembly techniques and precision craftsmanship on our production line, while upholding safety standards and production goals.

You will perform detailed inspections, repairs, and refinements, document production using modern tracking systems and digital tools, and master specialized equipment to ensure defect-free products prepared for delivery.

Qualifications

Physical capability to frequently transport loads up to 100 pounds and occasionally 250 pounds
Comfortable operating machinery and hand tools with precision, prioritizing safety
Keen eye for defects and proactive repair actions
Commitment to quality throughout production processes
Adherence to all safety protocols in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities
