Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Furniture Assembler to join our team. In this role you will assemble and inspect sofas, tables, and other items to ensure they meet our quality standards and are ready for delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to safety practices, stand for long periods, and use hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches to build and inspect furniture. We value attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high level of urgency while meeting high-quality product standards.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work with company-provided hand tools.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to and in excess of 200 lbs.

Responsibilities

• As a Warehouse Furniture Assembler, assemble and inspect furniture for customer orders.
• Ensure furniture is ready for delivery by following quality standards.
• Safely operate and maintain workplace tools and equipment.
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Support production processes and assist with inspections as needed.
