Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood or engineered materials according to specifications and shop drawings.
• Operate saws, nail guns, and other mill equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and production schedules.
• Inspect materials and completed components for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain production pace to meet project deadlines and output goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
