Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical manufacturing training is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or casting preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable with hand tools.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting and meets production deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new processes and technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, and adjust casting machines and related equipment.
• Stage and prepare molds and materials to production standards.
• Continuously monitor casting runs for quality, yield, and throughput.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and verify against specifications.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Partner with team members to refine processes and remove bottlenecks.
• Accurately log production metrics and promptly report issues to supervisors.
