Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Forklift Driver to prepare and ship outgoing shipments, organize inventory, and support manufacturing processes. You will use RF scanning, verify orders, and maintain safety and accuracy in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years in a food/beverage or similar facility, forklift operation experience, and basic computer skills. OSHA certification is a plus, with competitive hourly pay in a US-based facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a food or beverage production facility preferred.
• 1–3 years of forklift operation experience required (solids and fluids).
• Must have basic computer skills (Office Suite).
• OSHA forklift operator certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shipments and plan logistics to maintain inventory flow.
• Use RF scanners to pick orders and verify accuracy.
• Pack finished goods and prepare shipments for loading.
• Operate forklift to move pallets and load/unload goods.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of shipments and inventory.
