Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and Weekend. Pay rates range from $20–$21 per hour, with full-time employment offered at our Columbus facility.

Qualifications

• Experience operating reach trucks and cherry pickers in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to forklift operation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required by the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, including order pickers, to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate placement of items in designated areas.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, safely handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
• Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory levels and manage stock locations.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
