Job summary

AFFLINK is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support the shipping and receiving process in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will work actively and safely to maintain inventory flow and meet quality standards across the distribution process.

The role involves standing, lifting 10–35 pounds (up to 60–90 pounds with effort), operating forklift/pallet jack, and following safety policies. Overtime may be required; drug test and background check may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties: forklift put-away, order selection, loading, and receiving.
• Maintains clean and safe work area; reports unsafe conditions immediately.
• Performs daily safety checks on forklift/pallet jack.
• Ensures production paperwork and schedules are prepared for operations.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
