Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs safely and regularly.
• Able to interpret manufacturing prints and work order packets.
• Able to interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Previous forging experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines and equipment within the assigned work center.
• Make equipment adjustments as needed to produce acceptable products.
• Set up and operate a variety of trim presses.
• Verify product quality using prints, gauges, and work orders.
• Work effectively as part of a crew in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
