Job summary

Fanatics Inc. in Allen, Texas is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Operator to operate and maintain production machines. You will set up and run foil-numbering jobs according to customer specs, perform routine machine maintenance, and keep accurate production paperwork.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read/write forms, and a willingness to work five days a week on-site in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to read and write as well as fill out required paperwork.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years manufacturing experience preferred; proficient with machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and foil number jobs to the requirements of the customer.
• Maintain machines and troubleshoot issues.
• Verify Seq #, PMS Colors, Foil Colors and Position; complete production paperwork for data collection.
• Report issues to supervision and assist with other projects as needed.
