You will inspect parts, monitor quality, perform basic maintenance, document production records, and support continuous improvement through 5S and teamwork. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read drawings and measurements, and reliable communication with the shift supervisor.

• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
• Package, label, and stage finished products for shipment or next process.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting of fabrication equipment.
• Report malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly.
