Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Milton Roy in Ivyland, PA is seeking a Precision Assembly Technician for 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. This full-time, direct-hire role assembles pump-system components per detailed work instructions, BOMs, and blueprints, using hand, pneumatic, and power tools.

You’ll inspect, test, troubleshoot, and package units for shipment. Responsibilities include documenting results, ensuring quality, and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in mechanical assembly or similar fast-paced manufacturing/ops environment.
• Able to read and interpret BOMs and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies from BOMs and drawings.
• Use hand, pneumatic, and power tools; operate cranes/hoists when required.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and conformance to specs.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies to meet performance standards.
• Track and stage materials to keep builds moving.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
