Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of fabrication/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Basic math and measurement conversions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications.
• Set up, program, operate, and maintain the Flex Drill machine.
• Determine dimensions, hole patterns, spacing, and tolerances from drawings.
• Perform material takeoffs, part counts, and inventory tracking as needed.
• Organize and package completed parts for downstream operations.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality and specifications.
