Qualifications

Responsibilities
Perform final inspection of crankshafts prior to packaging and shipment.
Approve outgoing parts by verifying specifications through visual and dimensional inspections.
Use micrometers, calipers, gauges to measure part dimensions.
Inspect for surface defects and nonconforming features.
Read blueprints and control plans to understand tolerances and requirements.
Document inspection results in quality systems and logs.
Maintain traceability and proper labeling of finished parts.
