Job summary

FEUER Powertrain North America, Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator to program, set up, and operate CNC and manual machines for finishing crankshafts and related components at our U.S. facility.

You will help maintain quality, efficiency, and safety while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a climate-controlled environment. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of machining experience, can read blueprints and GD&T, and work well in a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience operating machining equipment.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and basic technical documents.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machinery as directed by Lead CNC staff.
• Assist in setup and operation of CNC equipment for precision parts.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• Perform secondary operations and inspect parts with precision tools.
• Read blueprints and GD&T requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S activities.
• Collaborate with machinists and production staff to meet goals.
