Job summary

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking a Fin Press Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining fin press machines to produce aluminum fins for heat exchangers in a fast-paced shop.

You will read blueprints, adjust machines, inspect parts, document data, and follow safety rules while contributing to quality, efficiency, and 5S in a non-temperature controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED mandatory.
• Manufacturing or stamping experience preferred.
• Blueprint reading ability required.
• Mechanical aptitude essential.
• Inspection tool usage experience preferred.
• Heat exchanger knowledge is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift or crane operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fin press machines to produce aluminum fins per specifications.
• Install and align dies, tooling, and coils.
• Monitor press operation for quality.
• Perform inspections using measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Adjust machine settings.
• Document production and quality data.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Maintain 5S work area.
• Communicate with team.
