Cell Signaling Technology (CST) is hiring a Filling & Assembly Specialist I to join our Global Supply Chain team in Massachusetts. This role supports discrete manufacturing of antibody products, focusing on filling, labeling, assembly, and final packaging to ensure ready inventory for customers.

Responsibilities

• Precision Manufacturing & Quality Control
• Execute the precision aliquoting and filling of antibody products using advanced liquid handling techniques, maintaining strict adherence to SOPs to guarantee product quality and integrity
• Set up, change over, and operate labeling, pumping, and automated packaging equipment to maintain high production throughput
• Inspect and assemble final product components using both manual and automated systems for order fulfillment, ensuring all output meets defined quality specifications. Packaging, Labeling, & Compliance
• Perform vial labeling and package preparation, strictly following QC guidelines to ensure labeling and packaging meets regulatory and compliance requirements
• Maintain consistent compliance with all regulatory requirements, GMP, and internal SOPs throughout all phases of production. Maintain conformance with all relevant QMS policies Inventory & Operational Support
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records by performing timely and accurate data entry and updates within the system
• Implement and maintain organized inventory systems for packaging supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment to prevent production delays
• Commit to continuous skill development to effectively handle new product portfolios and technologies
• Perform other duties as assigned
