Job summary

Insight FS in Brandon, WI is seeking a Feed Mill Operator/Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to manufacture feeds, manage inventory, and deliver products to customers. You will maintain safety procedures, assist with records, and coordinate with the Branch Manager on repairs and asset purchases.

A valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and CDL are required or pursued; Hazmat endorsements are preferred. The role requires lifting, working in varying weather, and extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent and 3+ years of related work experience.
• Must obtain forklift certification and Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Hazmat & Tanker endorsements and Mixer Loader Pesticide Certified & License preferred.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and handle all feeds, ensuring proper sequencing of products.
• Assist with inventory and records of feeds.
• Deliver products to customers.
• Schedule major equipment repairs and maintain safety procedures.
• Maintain branch housekeeping and keep records up to date.
