Job summary

Pistola Denim, a Los Angeles-based fashion brand, seeks a Production Coordinator for Ready-To-Wear to bridge design, development, and overseas factories. The role ensures garments stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

You will manage PO-to-delivery pipelines, track WIP, and coordinate samples and inspections. 2–3 years in fashion manufacturing is required, with strong Excel and ERP/PLM experience, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of garment production or supply chain experience.
• Strong time-management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/PLM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production pipeline from PO issuance to final delivery.
• Maintain daily WIP reports to monitor factory production status and milestones.
• Track fabric, trim, and garment delivery timelines to ensure on-time shipments.
• Log all production samples (fit, PP, TOP, strike-offs, lab dips).
• Coordinate sample reviews with Product Development and Quality Control; relay feedback to factories.
