Qualifications

• Proven ability to safely operate major agricultural machinery.
• Experience maintaining and repairing farm equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose and resolve equipment problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model tractors, combines, sprayers, planters, tillage equipment, loaders, trucks and other machinery.
• Perform fieldwork including planting, tillage, spraying, harvesting, mowing, grain handling and hauling.
• Use GPS guidance, auto-steer, equipment monitors and precision ag systems.
• Transport equipment between fields and farm locations.
• Assist with loading, unloading and handling crops, seed, fertilizer and chemicals.
• Set up and adjust planters, combines and other equipment for proper field performance.
