Job summary

Millenniumsoft is seeking a Machine Operator in Columbus, Nebraska. The 12-month assignment runs from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with possible weekends for overtime. A high school diploma or GED is required, and steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are necessary.

Preference given to candidates with manufacturing assembly line experience. Responsibilities include operating equipment, inspecting products, maintaining documentation, and supporting a clean room environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read, write and converse in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule.
• Clean machines and immediate work area.
• Stock supplies for the room.
• Visually inspect and package product.
• Operate equipment and process functions.
• Conduct final inspections and perform process tests.
• Record accurate inspection data.
• Respond to and reset alarms as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the process.
• Work in a clean room environment.
• Other duties as required to support the business.
