Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience operating production machinery preferred; EPS manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to read tape measures, rulers, and basic production drawings.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment to cut, shape, laminate, assemble, or finish foam products.
• Read work orders, schedules, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Set up and adjust machinery according to product requirements and procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Package, label, and stage finished products for shipment or next process.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of fabrication equipment.
• Report malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly.
• Complete production reports and quality documentation.
• Assist with material handling and inventory movement as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean 5S work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-train as assigned.
