Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and decimals.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively and moving up to 11 lbs push/pull.
• Attention to attendance and punctuality is essential.
• Ability to perform visual inspections for cosmetic defects and color differences.
• Must meet safety rules and WorkKeys requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install proper tooling, load and monitor extruder with minimal downtime.
• Make pre-forms from resin as specified on order cards.
• Measure and maintain correct tubing wall thickness.
• Operate a single machine and keep tooling and machines in good condition.
• Polish and straighten tooling on lathe and keep workspace clean.
• Observe safety rules and communicate within the department.
