80/20 is seeking an Extrusion Operator in Indiana to perform saw operations, machining, and CNC tasks to cut raw materials per order specifications. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic to advanced math skills for conversions and measurements.
• Willingness to participate in cross training.
• Ability to communicate problems and needs clearly.
• Must align with 80/20 culture and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to read blueprints and make precise cuts.

Responsibilities

• Follow start up procedures at the beginning of shift.
• Process orders using order tracking software.
• Operate cutting, milling, drilling, tapping, finishing and deburring machines.
• Read a tape measure and calipers to complete orders.
• Quality control all cut materials to meet 80/20 standards.
• Follow re-cut parts and shutdown/cleanup procedures.
• Wash bars during training and as needed for production.
