Job summary

Gray & Son, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate large power construction machinery on our projects in Baltimore. You will grade earth, excavate, move materials, and help prepare sites with equipment such as skid steers, bulldozers, graders, and excavators.

You must follow safety protocols, perform daily maintenance, and collaborate with foremen and the crew during morning huddles and toolbox talks. Valid on-site experience and the ability to read guidance signals are essential.

Responsibilities

• Grade, excavate, and move materials safely and productively.
• Complete daily maintenance, walk around, and fill out checklist.
• Attend and support foremen during morning huddles and toolbox talks.
• Other duties as assigned by Foreman or Superintendent.
• Align and position equipment following signals; coordinate actions with crew.
• Load and move dirt, rocks, and materials using appropriate machinery.
