Job summary

Collectors is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our Boca Raton office. You will perform preventive and unplanned maintenance on manufacturing equipment and work with Engineering to optimize PM schedules.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, mechanical, pneumatic and electrical aptitude, and strong attention to detail. You will be on-site five days a week in a fast‑paced environment supporting quality production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience.
• Strong mechanical, pneumatic and electrical aptitude.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy (email, Google Workspace, MS Office).
• Ability to work in a deadline-sensitive environment while maintaining quality.
• Curious and eager to learn new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on Ultrasonic Welders, RF Welders, Laser Cutters, Air Compressors and related systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and track preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform unplanned maintenance and troubleshooting promptly.
• Execute machine upgrades and testing to improve production quality.
• Maintain maintenance logs and share best practices with operators.
