Job summary

Workwear Outfitters is seeking an Emblem Sew Operator to measure, mark, and sew emblems onto garments according to specifications. You will fix errors on items and check logo placements, striping, pockets, and additional options to ensure top quality.

You should maintain a safe, clean work area and demonstrate pride in Workwear Outfitters, with opportunities for overtime and a steady 1st shift schedule. Basic math and reading of option codes are required.

Qualifications

• Sewing/embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic communication skills including reading, speaking, and understanding English, and basic math skills.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others positively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Able to sit for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
• Able to work as part of a team and possess good communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measuring and marking garments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mark, and sew emblems to garments according to specifications.
• Fix errors if needed on items.
• Check logo placements, striping, pockets, and any other additional options on garments.
