Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville is seeking an Emblem Sew Operator to sew emblems to garments according to specifications. You will measure, mark, and sew, ensuring correct placements and options on each item.

The role requires good reading of option codes, basic math for measuring, and the ability to work as part of a team. Shift is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with occasional overtime; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Sewing/embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic communication skills including reading, speaking, and understanding English, and basic math skills
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others positively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Able to sit for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
• Able to work as part of a team and possess good communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measuring and marking garments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

HOURS:

1st shift hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. OT may be required daily and on Saturdays.
