Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking an Electro Polish Cleaner to support the production of high‑reliability glass‑sealed connectors and assemblies in a manufacturing environment in Portsmouth, NH. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, finishing, cleaning, plating, electropolishing, chemical processing, or related production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain production and quality records accurately.

Responsabilités

• Perform electropolishing operations on metal components using approved equipment, chemicals, and work instructions.
• Prepare parts for processing through cleaning, masking, inspection, and handling procedures.
• Apply electropolishing solutions using approved methods while monitoring processing times, voltage settings, and surface finish requirements.
• Perform rinsing, neutralization, drying, and final cleaning processes following established procedures.
• Operate cleaning tanks, rinse systems, and associated finishing equipment.
• Inspect parts before and after processing to verify cleanliness and conformance to specifications.
• Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process abnormalities to supervision.
