Job summary

Manpower Las Vegas is seeking a Service Repair Associate to diagnose, repair, test, and calibrate customer equipment, ensuring reliable performance and timely service.

The role requires keen attention to detail, basic technical repair skills, and the ability to follow procedures, safety standards including ESD requirements, and quality guidelines. Electronic/Mechanical assembly experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose, repair, test, and calibrate customer equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Experience with mechanical or electronic repair work is preferred.
• Attention to procedures, safety standards, ESD requirements and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, test, and calibrate customer equipment.
• Maintain repair records, service reports and inventory documentation.
• Communicate repair findings and status updates to supervisors.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines and quality control standards.
• Assist with packaging, labeling and staging repaired units.
• Use basic hand tools, test equipment, meters, fixtures and diagnostic software to complete repair work.
• Work collaboratively with team to identify and resolve repair issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
