Microwave Products Group in Ventura, CA is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operator (Support 3) to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line machinery at fixed workstation positions, moving parts along the line and ensuring quality output.

You will work under limited supervision on routine tasks, provide training to lower level employees, and analyze non-routine problems to prevent production delays. A vocational or technical background is often required.
