Job summary

Dover Corporation's Microwave Products Group (MPG) is seeking a Precision Assembler for an onsite, full-time role in Ventura, California. You will set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line machinery at fixed stations as components move along the line.

You will also move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods, monitor output quality, discard or rework faulty products, and keep daily production records for performance analysis. Benefits accompany this position.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, maintains, and troubleshoots manufacturing assembly line machinery/equipment at fixed workstation positions.
• Operates machinery/equipment to install a piece/part/component of an in-process product as it moves along the assembly line.
• Moves, packs, and sorts raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitors the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
